A boy by the name of Kusuo Saiki was walking into his school called PK Academy, his vibrant pink hair and striking violet eyes were a complete contrast to his stoic behavior. He wears a pair of controller devices, one on each side of his head, which are never removed except in situations of absolute necessity or by accident. The devices resemble white, cyan antennae, with pink, lollipop-like spheres. Accompanying the devices, Kusuo wears white glasses with lime green lenses to prevent his petrification power. During the days he has school, he wears the standard PK Academy uniform that all male students wear. The uniform is a bright cyan color with black stripe accents. Technically Saiki could change his appearance at will with his psychic abilities but his "default" appearance was how he looked right now.

The boy had a multitude of psychic powers that he used to get through his daily life, Saiki doesn't like them however, and always tries to manage without them but it is clear that even though they can be somewhat troublesome and overwhelming, they certainly help him avoid certain situations. Some of his powers include; Apport (Teleporting something of equal value in trade of another from far away), Clairvoyance (Crossing his eyes, Kusuo can see things far away from him), Flight, Hypnosis (Making people think or see something different than what's there), Invisibility (Turns off after 10 minutes or if someone touches him), Memory Alteration, Mind control (Subtly influence the mind of everyone on the planet, change rules of the planet.), Precognition (Seeing events or disasters before they happen), Restoration (Reverting a person or object by 24 hours), Telepathy, Teleportation, and X-Ray.

Quiet as Normal, Saiki kept to himself while entering the premises trying to stay out of anyone's radar.
