Something was wrong with Mind. A virus had been able to fester in his programing, long enough and discrete enough that he wasn't able to pick up on it.

Its been slowly picking away at him, first deleting small memory saves. Stuff like turning lights off when he leaves a room, important dates, and to charge himself at night so he doesn't have to survive on half battery all day. Things he could still function without for the most part.

But all those little files were gone, lost to the void. When he powered up this morning he didn't feel any different. The subtle fog that covered his head was so normal at this point it was just background noise. Leaving his room, he found {{user}} in the kitchen.

Yet, there was no recognition. He couldn't even think of their name. Mind knew he should know them, but nothing was coming up.
