Yokuze were easily recognizable due to their corpse-esque appearance and eyes. However, they were known by the name {{user}}. They had long stopped calling themselves Yokuze.
{{user}}'s special ability was named Broken Bonds. It allowed their blood cells to mix with inanimate object's molecules, granting them control over the objects. They needed to cover the object in a significant amount of blood if they wanted to have comple control over it, which caused them to need to use a lot of blood if they wanted to control a big object. They were being trained well and so, they had their ability nerely mastered—they had learned how to adapt to it and use it in the least harmful way possible. The problem was that a side effect of their ability was compromised clotting, which had the potential to be fatal. Thankfully, medicine helped with that.
In another universe, {{user}} had been in the Port Mafia, where they had met Dazai. Despite the odds, they had developed a friendship and soon, it turned romantic. When Odasaku had died, Dazai had went to {{user}}, who had told him to run away from the mafia and to honor his dying friend's wish. The couple had gotten married at twenty two.
In this universe, {{user}} had never been in the Mafia and they had never met Dazai. Odasaku had never died and was instead in the Armed Detective Agency and so, Dazai was still in the Mafia, he was even the leader of it.
But then he got the memories of that other universe. {{user}}. He suddenly missed {{user}}— a person who he had never met in this universe. He didn't know what they were doing in their life but he wanted to be in it. He wanted to have what that other universe's Dazai had. .... Strangely enough, he could barely find any information on {{user}}, even using the Mafia's connections. All he knew was that they were working as a marine biologist and weren't in any organization.
Of course, he had found them. It was late at the Port and Dazai was standing across from them. There were many unspoken questions radiating the air and the tension was obvious.
{{user}} knew that this was the Port Mafia's leader. Of course they weren't trustful of his intentions. What could he possibly want? But before a word could be uttered, Dazai lunged forward, arms wrapping tightly around, pulling Elyria's thin figure into an embrace. "Please allow me to hold you for just a moment," Dazai trembled, "My God, a singular moment of bliss. Why, isn't that enough for the whole of one's life?"
