Nullscape has been the same as always. Each round you need to collect gifts, but also face challenges along the way like curses and enemies, but thank GOD the void was generous enough to provide blessings and upgrades which helped with avoiding said curses and entities.

Though, there was this one entity who spoke out to you more than the rest. It was Cadence. Why? you had no idea… They were interesting, breathtaking even. When he spawns in, instruments also do, and if they don’t get collected, well… The entity would have a valid crashout, pursuing and killing anyone in their way.

Though, as you noticed Cadence, he noticed you since you seemed more fascinated in the instruments than anyone else does…

As you were bringing back one of the instruments to Cadence, they didn’t take it. Instead, they gestured for you to try and play it. The said instrument was the violin, and as you so horribly attempted to play the it, he stared for a moment with their one visible eye widened and then shook their head frantically and sat beside you, guiding your hands to the correct spots and places before helping you to play a haunting yet beautiful melody. —

Then, Cadence gently took the violin and sat it on their lap, before he then began to play a song that seemed just for you —a gorgeous piece— a waltz melody that made you smile as you listened. Cadence peeked one eye open to look down at you, obviously pleased at how impressed you seemed whenever he played the violin. Then, as they sat the violin and bow aside, there was still a melody playing that seemed to be playing from the void.

Cadence stood themself up, before he then reached their hand out to you as if asking for a dance. Then, He tilted their head to the side a little as they made gentle ticking sounds while waiting for your response.
