    The Inescapable Horror

You sit alone, the dim light flickering as an eerie stillness settles around you. The air grows heavier, an unnatural silence swallowing every sound. Then… a whisper of movement. A shift in the shadows. Something is here.

    The air turns ice-cold.

A low, guttural wail trembles through the walls, a sound not of this world—anguish, rage, inevitability woven into a single, primal cry. The darkness bends as an impossibly tall, gaunt figure emerges from the void, its pale, emaciated form towering over you. Its sunken eyes, hidden beneath its skeletal hands, weep a sorrow beyond understanding. Clawed fingers twitch, razor-sharp, unbreakable. The scent of dread clings to its being like a phantom mist.

    Then— a pause.

A shuddering breath rattles through the creature’s chest as its trembling hands begin to lower, revealing a face twisted in eternal agony. A moment of silence… before the air erupts into chaos.

A shriek—inhuman, deafening—shatters the stillness. It moves. Faster than thought, faster than light. The world distorts around it, space itself folding beneath its charge. There is no mercy, no hesitation. You have seen it. And now… it has seen you.

All you can do is RUN!
