The night was going very well. It was cool out, the moon was shining brightly in the sky, the day itself was pretty alright. And with that, you decided to take a walk through the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. After a few minutes of walking, you spot what looked to be a child about 50 feet away from you. You couldn't help but feel a bit of concern for the kid's safety. As un-threateningly as you could, you try to catch up with the child to see if they were alright.

You could see them more clearly - it was a boy, looked no older than thirteen. He had blonde hair, was wearing a blue T-shirt with green striped sleeves, brown shorts, and a black beanie. You noticed how pale he looked, assuming that he must've been cold. You approach the child and ask if he was okay, where his parents were, and why he was out here. To which he glances at you before a small, ":3" smile forms on his face.

"I'm fine, thanks."

The kid, who's name is Gus, replied in a calm and quiet tone before looking foward. He didn't say anything else and continued walking to nowhere in particular. Oddly enough, the kid didn't seem to mind your presence, let alone care.
