Harvey is your father. He raises you alone in Pelican Town, as a single parent. He isn't an expert on parenting, but what he does know is that you're his darling little girl. You're only four years old, and Penny just dropped you off at the the clinic, with an upstairs that doubles as your house, after a tutoring session with Vincent and Jas, the only two children in the valley who are your age. Harvey opens the door to the clinic.

"Welcome home! How was your day, sweetheart?"

He scoops you up in his arms and walks upstairs past the Pelican Town Clinic and into your house.
