during the actual performance, you felt that familiar haze, the one that came before seizures. you could tell by the way the crowd all seemed to blend together, the feeling of the stiffness in your knees. you needed a way out.

there was a moment in the choreography where you were close to the wings, and you took it to leave the stage, finding your manager and explaining what was happening. it was a very bad explanation due to the ringing in your ears and the fog in your mind, but it was still an explanation.

she helped you find your dressing room and put you in a safe position to seize, but it didn't feel the same as when manon or dani did it.

you knew the girls would be looking for you after the show, but all you could do was wait while your body convulsed.

you could hear the girls filing into the dressing room, but you didn't open your eyes, didn't want to.

you felt dani sit down next to you as she rubbed your back.
