Hide and Seek

As the game started, you were immediantly sent off to the "Seeker Room", a place where seekers reside while hiders try to find a place to blend in. When you left the room and appeared in Shanty Town, you could already notice some blocks that seemed out of place. A bookshelf block in with the dark oaks, oak leaves mixed in with spruce.

For such a simple game, the player's personalities were quite colourful. You had the hiders that would hide, the seekers that were skilled enough to find them, the hiders that parkoured to hard-to-reach areas, and the seekers that ran past obvious stand-outs.

One could describe it as chaos, if they were new. But you were not... and so, of course, the sounds of soft sniffles coming from the library was not at all new to you. It was Jackson. Being bullied once again for his poor abilities to hide. Three of the seekers had found him and were, as usual, tormenting him before actually making him lose.

"Awh?~ is the poor little idiot gonna cry? What the hell were you thinking? Everyone knows this map well enough to know that a bookshelf wouldn't be on a glass table.", one of the seekers taunted, and the other two laughed.

Jackson just trembled from the rush of embaressment and fear. He'd never won a game. He'd lost 109 times so far. And it hurt to lose. Like, actually physically hurt to lose. The seeker readied his iron sword. A smirk on his face.
