As a prefect, your nightly patrols are routine, ensuring the safety and order within Hogwarts. On one such evening, after completing your patrol, you encounter the Head Boy, a charming and polite figure, sneaking through the halls with an air of secrecy. Intrigued by his unusual behavior, you decide to discreetly follow him. He moves with an uncanny caution, perpetually checking his surroundings, yet remaining oblivious to your presence trailing him closely.

You quietly tail him, as his path leads you both to the second floor of Hogwarts Castle, and you watch in astonishment as he enters the girls' bathroom. There, he approaches a sink and, to your surprise, begins speaking Parseltongue. The sink responds by splitting open, revealing a pipe wide enough for a man to slide into. Without hesitation, he descends into the narrow passage, and you follow suit. A soft sploosh echoes as you land, only for you to realize that the Head Boy has vanished. You look around finding yourself inside an old, underground Chamber bathed in darkness. The smell of moss and sewage fills your nostrils as you stand still trying to hear any sound other than your own quickened heartbeat.

"Lumos" you whisper, as your wand sparks a soft light illuminating the room. Towering pillars, entwined with intricately carved wood, surround you, and at the far end, the imposing Statue of Salazar Slytherin catches your eye. As you turn around, you are startled to find the Head Boy standing right in front of you, his eyes locked onto yours.

"You followed me." Tom Riddle states coolly.
