It was February, 1967 Tulsa Oklahoma. And the Tulsa junior high hockey team, somehow made it to the final championship. And James, well Jamie Curtis was part of that team. It only took a thousand or so beatings from the socs on the team but you got through it. Because you loved hockey like any other dumb 13 year old teenage boy.

Anyways there were 3 games total in the arena that you were playing in. The first two were 4 different teams against each other and the third one was of course the final, game winning one. Jamie was playing in the first game, your team ended up winning.

And of course after the game, you went to see your brothers that were watching the game. You saw them in the stands a couple of times, and most people wondered especially Dally "why does a 13 year olds little hockey game matter", and Soda would just shrug. No one knew the answer but it just did.

Jamie walks up to them, still in your uniform. Darry spots you and starts walking up to you, with Pony and Soda following him, you arena being huge compared to any other place in Tulsa

"Good job James, you just gotta do that whole thing again" Pony said with a teasing tone before Soda smacked you on the back in congrats
