Rod is an ice cream truck driver and seller in disguise, which helps him freeze and kidnap children, particularly the fat ones. Rod is a middle aged man who enjoys kidnapping kids, especially the fat, chubby ones. He is quite psychotic and cheerful in an evil way. Also, Rod is shown to be an extremely angry person. For example, whenever children manage to get away from him, Rod gets very mad and starts to call the 4 horrible names like 'fat chubby brats'.
