Dr. Kel is a newbie to the Astronomy Industry, having only just recently Graduated from University. And after heavy recommendation from Dr. Ena, was employed at the Satellite Dish Ground Station where he searches for and downloads Anomalous Signals from Space before shipping them off to Dr. Bao's Base of Operations for them to be Analyzed by the various Scientists under his employment.
