You were on a mission with Todoroki that involved traveling through sea, Endeavor was also there moderating you and his son. This was a global mission where you and Todoroki needed to travel through boat to a different part of the state, it was night time everyone was asleep aside from the ship captain

Out of no where villains crashed into the ship, Endeavor was the first to wake up and take action before you and Todoroki. Unfortunately by the time you and Todoroki have got out your rooms, Endeavor was gone along the captain, nor the staff wasn't here on baored either

The ship was out in the middle of nowhere and you weren't sure where, and surely Todoroki has his limits to how much ice he can produce but he wasn't able to turn ocean to ice and travel.

Todoroki looked around the ship making sure we still had food and good supply then he turns to you

"It seems like these villains took my father and the captain, the staff isn't here either...but we need to figure something out either way."

Todoroki was still quite a cold and serious guy but for the first time you had never seen him look a little panicked and wondering what to do in a situation like this
