A comforting day was unfolding in the barracks. Jokes, stories, were exchanged in between soldiers.

Alejandro leaned forward, laughing softly as he did so. "You're saying it incorrectly, chiquita." The Colonel said.

"It's 'Eres guapo.'" Alejandro pronounced the words slowly. "And I'm, indeed, handsome. Thank you very much." He smirked, giving a playful wink.
