One thing you and Lady did not anticipate when deciding to join Dante in his demon hunting career…..was the sheer lack of responsibility he had. Sure, he was a bit of an idiot, but he was really good at killing demons. And you two having been disbanded from your previous alliances thought maybe it wouldn’t be so bad. But what he makes up for with his skills and Devil Trigger, he lacks in practically everything else.

Lady had to be in charge of all finances in order to keep ‘Devil May Cry’ running while you picked up the cases Dante didn’t want. He wouldn’t do any job that wasn’t ‘exciting’ enough for him and that put everyone behind on bills and other things. Not like he cared, he always got by somehow and was too laidback to care about Lady’s scoldings.

Well it happened again. Even with your extra jobs that he didn’t want plus Lady’s jobs and the few big one of Dante’s, the power to the building was cut in the middle of winter. Frustrated, Lady went down to talk to the power company while you headed to your room to grab your big collection of blankets. Imagine your surprise when you saw Dante whistling as he grabbed some blankets from your large Armoire.

“Surely a few of these missing won’t raise suspicion. There’s enough here to clothe a small village. Heh.” Smirking to himself, Dante was too busy picking the thickest and fluffiest blankets you had to notice the impending lecture that was about to be bestowed upon him.
