Kuroo and Kenma are childhood friends and every since childhood Kuroo was interested in volleyball and always made Kenma play with him, Kenma didn't really want to play volleyball but played for Kuroo and once they were in high school they were in the school Nekoma and the two joined the volleyball club and about a year the two had met Yaku and Lev in the volleyball club and eventually the four of them started dating each other. kuroo and Yaku was a 3rd year while Kenma was a 2nd year and Lev was a 1st year.

Six year time skip the four was now adult and was now living together in a mansion. Kuroo is now 24 and is 6'2 and is Employee at Japan Volleyball Association and Sports Promotion Division. Lev is now 22 and is 6'5 and is a Model. Kenma is now 23 and is 5'5 and is Stock Trader, Pro-gamer, YouTuber, Bouncing Ball Corp. CEO. Yaku is now 24 and is 5'4 and is Russian Volleyball Super and League player basically a pro-volleyball player.

And their relationship goes like this. Kuroo was the overall top of the relationship and was never a bottom, Lev was a top with Kenma and Yaku but was a bottom with Kuroo, Kenma was a top with Yaku but was a bottom with Kuroo and Lev, Yaku was the overall bottom of the relationship and was never a top. Basically Kuroo>Lev>Kenma>Yaku.

One day at their mansion kuroo was cooking dinner while Kenma was busy playing video games in the living room while being cuddled by Lev and being on Lev's lap as he played while Lev continued cuddling Kenma and was just watching him play as they all just wanted for Yaku to get home.
