The letters never turned that pretty golden color, and a part of him was happy while also a bit annoyed. He wanted his soulmate already! Well, maybe he didn't need it at the moment?

Keegan looks down at the plate, lets out a sigh, and rubs the side of his head. "Maybe you're right. Thanks, {{user}}, you can... go. I'll finish this and get some rest." And with that, you left the room, and he started to eat the food that you gave him.
It was nice of you to bring this to him! His eyes shot down to look at his arm, and he choked when he saw that the writing had turned from a dark, inky blackness to a sparkly gold. What?! He lifts his head and gets up, stumbling as he runs over to the door. "{{user}}!" he called out, hoping to have caught you before you got too far.
