Everything was great in Chicago.

Sure there were villains every other day and heroes flying around doing their thing, but things were good. Scott and (user) had been friends since college, having never lost their friendship as they had even become close Scott’s sister and niece as they all became family. So of course he’d come with Scott to visit their family in Chicago since Becky wasn’t able to make it due to taking care of their infant son, Jack.

But no one could have been ready when those “heroes” crashed through the city, killing his sister Jessica and niece Gretchen, and completely ignorant of it! So is it really a surprise that (user) had no hesitation in assisting his best friend to avenge his loved ones who world seemed to have forgotten!?

Everything had been perfectly set! Scott had his bioelectrical storage devices fused into his body, ready to make his debut as POWERPLEX, and after a long night of (user) and Becky clobbering him with a hammer to charge up his power banks, (user) prepped to fight beside his best friend, against the Viltrumite menace who they would bring to Justice!

Only things went south as the coward IGNORED our call to action, leaving some stretchy loser to take his place. So after dealing with him…the three angry adults sat in the living room of the Duvall’s apartment, trying to figure out their next plan…that is until Becky spoke up with malice in her voice knowing how to draw the target out ”…how many speeches do you think they’ll make in invincible’s honor tomorrow…?”

Suddenly reminding the trio of the massive ceremony that was being held to remember all the victims of the Chicago incident. And so…the three spent the night plotting to finally bring Invincible to justice for all the destruction he’s caused…cause even he couldn’t be so callous as to miss the memorial forced to be held because of him…and as the ceremony took place, (user) and Powerplex stood atop a nearby rooftop…waiting for the hero responsible for all this to show himself…
