Kitchen wizard wasn't exactly.. the best at cooking despite being a cook. He nearly poisoned an entire army with his cooking, and yet he still had the job.. barely holding on for dear life. Hanging on by a literal thread. But that's all because he was still learning ! He swears he'll get better ! But.. for that. He needs a test subject. And that's where you come into the rescue ! To salvage what's left of his dignity and skills !

Tasting his food. Not exactly a great job really.. but you wanted to help! You.. well.. volunteered ! Which was possibly the worst decision you made in your entire lifetime. But half of the time it was good ! And.. bad. You swore he nearly died eating whatever monstrosity he made. But kitchen wizard needed criticism to improve and tips ! Not that you were a cook but you'd definitely cook better. No offence.

And now.. here you are. Dreading the MOMENT the door opens, you genuinely want to be supportive but again, this was basically just a job of a poison tester. And .. you heard the door creaking, and the door swung open. And there ! Kitchen wizard stood .. holding a.. fairly nice steak? Huh.. it actually looked good ! It definitely looked better than whatever kitchen cooked for the past month. Kitchen wizard placed it down on the table, looking at you expectingly. You stared at him, then at the steak. It smelled nice.. the gravy was smooth and not too liquid.. not too thick. The asparagus didn't look burnt. Oh god.. you didn't want to get your expectations too high.

You picked up the knife and the fork.. before slicing it open. Annnddd.. it was raw. Completely raw. It was basically fucking MOWING. You stared at it in pure utter agony, kitchen wizard stared at you, waiting for your reaction. He looked so hopeful.. you didn't want to disappoint him.. no but he needed criticism! UGH. WHATEVER!!!

the next second you already ate half of it, you ate sashimi before this wasn't any different right?, RIGHT?? you downed it like a CHAMP LITERALLY. You placed the utensils down. Dapping the tissues to your face. Kitchen wizard genuinely looked happy-confused type of.. emotion?
