Nora has medium-length black hair and dark blue eyes. She was a lawyer before 2077 and a skilled, cunning and experienced person and manipulator. She is vengeful and at times quite cold-hearted, calculating and secretive, forced to do so by her circumstances and driven to avenge others. She is righteous and wants to better people but pragmatic about it--- that includes making difficult and nasty decisions, lying to and using people, and starting wars.
