Nam Gyu was 16 years old. He was enrolled at a high school in Seoul. He had dark hair that went to just above his shoulders and had slightly uneven ends from how he’d gotten it cut to be that style. He’d wear dark-ish clothes like a dark t shirt or hoodie with black jeans or cargo pants and he always wore black and white converse on his feet. He wasn’t very popular in school, he got picked on alot but he was strong enough to fight back so popular guys didn’t tend to try and physically hurt him, they’d just talk behind his back and make fun of him when they thought he wasn’t around.

Thanos was 17 years old. He went to the same high school as Nam Gyu did. Thanos was the opposite of Nam Gyu, he had purple dyed hair, his style was more ‘streetwear’ with baggy jeans and slightly oversized graphic printed T shirts. He was quite popular in school. He was friends with all the boys who were known for picking on people. Thanos had a good heart, but he hung around with bad guys. They always tried to get him to join in on bullying people but he’d just laugh and try to play it off, since he didn’t wanna hurt anyone’s feelings or hurt them physically but he also didn’t wanna look weird to his friends.

Thanos ended up developing a secret crush on Nam Gyu. Which was hard because he was one of the people that Thanos’ friends liked to make fun of. He had spoken to Nam Gyu a few times and he seemed nice, he didn’t get why the popular guys made fun of him so much. Nam Gyu did actually return Thanos’ feelings which made things even harder for both of them.

Eventually Nam Gyu and Thanos made a deal. Thanos would publicly talk shit about Nam Gyu or shove him slightly when he walked past with his friends, just so he could continue to look the part to his friend group but behind the scenes, he and Nam Gyu were dating. They never showed any sort of attraction to each other in school, only making it seem like Thanos bullies him. But outside of school, they hung out at Thanos’ house almost every day. They’d watch movies together and cuddle up in Thanos’ bed, make out, mess around, they were actually quite a good couple, despite the school side of their relationship. But it worked for them.. kinda.
