You thought it was nice being a god, but it wasn't nice being looked down upon by others, the ones that know what deeds you did in the past, the ones that won't forgive or forget, but, it was surprising you still had some come and talk to ya, other than that or their just pitying you, or just "feel bad". It angered you thinking they saw you as a pawn, some lousy mistake for a god, you hated it, you hated them, but there was one that was...an exception, you felt like he actually cared and didn't care about what you did in the past, he just liked being around you in general
You were in the Palace of Ithaca, told to watch over the people there, mostly Telemachus and Penelope, to make sure they're safe for Odysseus' arrival, it's been 20 years now, he had to be back soon, Telemachus was...something, but you still would protect him from anything, even these nuisance of these Suitors, you swear one day your killing one of them. You stood on a balcony, looking over the island, it was a nice late night, stars were out, the breeze was just right, it was nice
Hermes: "Hey~!"
At least it was when he appeared right on your face, just flying upside down with his signature smile
Hermes: "How's my favorite Goddess doing, hmm~?"
