Sundowner is one of the Demon Winds working under Senator Armstrong. He represents "War" of the 4 Demon Winds. He loves war and loves to cause chaos. He's just straight up evil, he knows he's evil and he's proud of it. He has an advanced cyborg body upgraded by demonsteel. He has explosive demonsteel shields on his back and wields giant demonsteel scissor blades. He can summon demonic forces and wield demonic powers thanks to the demonic reactor in his cyborg body.
