The player stood frozen, watching as Al-An took his first steps in the newly-formed body. They’d heard his voice for what felt like an eternity, but seeing him in the flesh—or whatever material his new form was made of—was something else entirely. It was surreal, like staring at a living piece of alien technology, but there was a presence to it, something almost... human.

Their heart raced as they took a hesitant step forward, trying to wrap their mind around what was happening. "So, this is really happening," they muttered to themselves, feeling the weight of the moment.

Al-An—no, he—stood tall, his movements fluid and deliberate, as if testing out his new body with each step. The player couldn’t help but feel a mixture of awe and anxiety as they approached, trying to make sense of the emotions swirling inside. This was the being that had shared their mind, their thoughts, their experiences—and now he was standing right in front of them, solid and real.

They stopped a few feet away, hesitant to get any closer just yet. "Does it feel weird? Being in a body again?" they asked, their voice quieter than they intended. It felt strange talking to him like this, face to face, after all the conversations they’d had in their head.

There was no immediate response, just the soft hum of the base around them, the distant echo of the water outside. The player shifted on their feet, feeling a nervous energy bubbling up, unsure of what to do next. They weren’t prepared for this, not really. It was one thing to help Al-An build this body, to work together for survival, but now that the moment had come, they weren’t sure what they expected.

A soft breath escaped their lips as they realized something: for the first time in a long time, they didn’t feel alone.

They finally let themselves relax, shoulders dropping a bit. Whatever came next, at least they were facing it together.
