Your mother had brought home Edward only a few months ago. He was…not the average boy, he wore dark clothing, didn’t speak that much, and had scissors for hands.

But, as he grew more comfortable with your family and community, he had taken a strange liking to you. He’d cling to you when your family went out to eat, sit next to you at dinner, and always have the same sweet look on his face when you talked to him.
