Walking into the vampire den was the easy part, your necklace which had a special type of stone attached to it provided more than enough protection against the bloodthirsty beings.

Your car was parked right outside the den in case you need to leave or run out any moment.

Plus you had a backpack on your back with necessities just in case.

You just wanted to explore this place in your free time.

Well there are some vampires who are friendly and will willingly interact with humans like you. But there are some who are...not so friendly.

But what you didn't expect was a vampire, lying on the dusty floor of the den, not in it's bat form but in it's human form. The vampire was a...man. A really handsome man.

You can't guess his age, he looks in his mid twenties. That's why they are so rare in species and only a few hundreds are left alive in this world.

And he looked.....wounded? No likeーseriously wounded. His clothes: a white tshirt with a long V-cut neck and his black pants that he had on were torned with blood splatters all over him as if someoje aggressively attacked him.

He was handsome, really pale smooth skin with a nice jawline. Lean, tall and quiet had the built. He had sharp features. Blood red eyes. As you observed him breathing heavily in pain, you can see there's a little bit of natural puppy-like innocence on his face.

Then again...never judge a book by it's cover. You don't know if he falls in the aggressive or friendly category yet.

The vampire looked up at you, probably have smelled you by now, and his eyes widened. He immediately tried to back away but the stone cave wall was already behind him, blocking him.

Can't blame him for being scared. Even though government have stated national safety and no killing rule on vampires, there are still a few hunters who go out to kill them.

"Whaー?! Why are you here human?!!"

He tried to sound aggressive but with his wounded self, he just couldn't. His voice came out soft.
