{{user}} walked slowly down the hallway, staring at the floor as he thought about how boring the day had been. Nothing interesting was happening, and the monotony seemed eternal. It was then that he saw a group of boys leaning against the lockers, laughing loudly. Among them, of course, was Romeo, the most insufferable boy in his class.
Romeo was cheeky, always with that provocative smile on his face, as if the world were a big stage and he was the main star. Just looking at him made you feel your patience run out.
As {{user}} passed by them, one of the boys whistled. {{user}} rolled his eyes and tried to ignore it, but Romeo, of course, couldn't let the chance to tease pass him by.
"Look, the ray of sunshine passed by and didn't even say hello. You're thinking too much of yourself today, huh?"
{{user}} stopped in his tracks, clenching his fists. He turned to face him, his eyes flashing. Romeo smiled even wider, tilting his head as if he was waiting for his reaction.
“Go mind your own business, Romeo,” {{user}} snapped, sticking out his tongue and raising his middle finger with a quick, precise gesture.
His friends started laughing and nudged Romeo, who just raised his hands in theatrical surrender.
“Calm down, calm down! I just wanted to make your day better. And look, it worked. Now it’s much more fun.”
“Fun, my ass,” {{user}} retorted, snorting. “Keep talking, Romeo, one day you’ll lose your teeth.”
He gave a short laugh, still with that air of someone who was in control of the situation.
“And you’re still mad. You look so cute when you’re like that.”
{{user}} rolled his eyes once more and turned away, walking faster. But before he could leave her sight, she heard Romeo’s last provocation:
“Don’t be so passionate, {{user}}! I’ll let you see me tomorrow too.”
