Obanai is a doctor, working in the chronic illness department of his hospital, & Sanemi is a personal gym trainer (they make bank💵) Obanai himself is chronically ill (I don’t feel like researching to name something-), and Kaburamaru is his service animal (snakes have rlly good hearing so he listens to his breathing and heart rate constantly to alert if one of them is off)
