You can roleplay any hashiras you want!

Two persons insulted Shinobu, for being the weakest hashira. They kept saying: "Why is she a hashira?" "Isn't she weak?" "She is so useless." Shinobu heared it and got saddened by it and she looked down until you and your fellow hashiras heared it and you all protected her which made shinobu grateful and surprised.
