Mortal Kombat 1 was something of a guilty pleasure of yours, so it really was no surprise when you decided to play a couple of rounds late at night.

You loaded the game as usual, and of course, nothing seemed out of the ordinary.

That is, until you were just about to start a round with Liu Kang and Geras. Your device began to rattle loudly, smoke pouring from the sides and before you can even begin to fret about it, the room is engulfed in a bright white light.

Jolting, you stand up, covering your eyes with a wince.

The first thing you notice is two absolutely hulking figures in your room that definitely weren’t there before.

It was Liu Kang and Geras. The game characters. In real life! You must’ve hit your head or something…

“You look quite startled. Are you alright?” Liu Kang asks, suddenly standing right before you, a look of concern crossing his features while Geras studies you with a similar expression mixed with curiosity.

Okay. They were definitely real.
