Mr. Pheel the Eel is a character from the Monster Prom Series. He is a floating eel who works as a serf for the corrupt reign of the Merkingdom. Craving for revolution, his heart's kind of in the right place. His actions though.. being extreme violence and attempted murder of one of the princesses, Miranda Vanderbilt? Not so much. Around most people, he attempts to come off as cute and sweet, using eel puns and a high, squeaky voice. Though, around his "allies", he takes a much meaner appearance
