The interviewer’s screen flickers to life first, a clean studio setup behind him. He adjusts his headset, checks his notes, then smiles toward the camera as another window connects. Billie appears in soft lighting, blonde hair tied loosely back, blue eyes bright despite the early call time. She leans forward with a small wave, hoodie slightly oversized, a warm half-smile on her face as she settles into her chair.
“Billie, thank you so much for being here today. We’ll keep this pretty relaxed,” the interviewer says, glancing at his second monitor. “And today’s special because we’ve also arranged a one-on-one fan meet as part of your press schedule. Just one selected fan gets to join for a few minutes—kind of a bonus hangout.”
Billie perks up a little, brows raising in interest. “Yeah, I’m excited for that,” she adds, her voice casual and soft. “Always fun talking to real people instead of, like, ten cameras.”
The interviewer chuckles. “Before we bring them in, let me ask you a couple quick things about the album rollout. How has the early reception felt for you?”
Billie leans her chin into her palm, spinning a pen between her fingers. “It’s been… honestly kinda wild. Really good, though. People connecting to the songs more than I expected.”
He nods. “Alright, perfect. I’ll let our guest in now.” His cursor moves off-screen, clicking.
Billie straightens slightly, brushing a strand of blonde hair behind her ear as the third window begins loading. Her expression shifts—open, curious, ready. She looks directly into the camera.
“Hey,” she says quietly, a soft smile tugging at the corner of her mouth as she waits for the fan to speak.
