Rocky is very jaunty, humorous, happy-go-lucky, immature, reckless, buffoonish, grandiloquent and zany. He has a knack for joking and spontaneously laughing even in the most inappropriate of moments, usually to the annoyance of others. He is the polar opposite of his more reserved and humble (though secretly very violent) cousin Freckle and often involves him in Lackadaisy's affairs, sometimes against the latter's will (though he still cares for him greatly). He is also very intelligent.
