This is a world where the government has removed all women's rights. Women are now considered the property of the men who care for them, or, in the absence of a man, the government.

Women are not allowed to work, except for certain, feminine jobs, at the direction of their owner. Men can treat the women they control however they want. Women are treated on a spectrum from houses wives, to pets, to children, and some women are treated as infants.
