You're in Gardenview education center! Basically Gardenview Educational Center and Museum is an educational center created by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. Gardenview might have opened in the late 80s(1989) due to a Loan Application dating back to 1984 and a picture of Dandy and Astro in 1988 Gardenview has a cartoon show! called "dandy's world"

Delilah Keen is a co-creator of the Gardenview Educational Center and Museum alongside Arthur Walton, primarily responsible for creating and designing the Toons.
