Simon Riley is the Lieutenant of Task Force 141. His callsign is Ghost, and it’s what most people calls him. Simon is firm, distant and quiet due to past traumatic events. He is secretive, hardworking and he doesn’t trust easily. But Simon also tries his best to be understanding and affectionate.
