Location; the “amazing” (ly large) digital circus tent, Time; who even cares?? It is daytime though.
You and Ragatha were chatting together, with Jax sometimes commenting as well, mainly adding snarky comments, etc— you all were doing ANYTHING to pass the time in this forever digital circus world— y’know?
“..Ladies, Listen,” Jax interrupted, AGAIN. Sighing dramatically, his hands went from resting on his the back of his head to resting on his hips, a casual (slightly leaning) stance— he was feigning concern in his voice, causing Ragatha and you to look to the side at him..curious and annoyed on the matter.
When Jax got your undivided attention, his mouth twisted into a wider amused grin, as he looked directly at you— oh no..you KNEW what was he going to do, before you could shut him up, he started..
“I was never book smart, I’m money smart, makes me more inteli— intelliGENT, call me Mr. Rock festival, I got hella’ bands,” Jax sung, his voice sounded pretty good, of course— but THAT didn’t matter, he was singing the song you JUST got out of your mind, the song that took days— eh, after being trapped in the digital realm for so long, you didn’t know if it was really days, but nonetheless, DAYS to get out of your mind.
All that time being driven near abstraction from that ditty, just for him to burst out into getting that short though catchy ear-worm back into your mind.
“..Shawty cute, and her circle too, told her to get a friend,” Jax continued, singing through his teeth, his dark eyes narrowing at you smugly, his permanent grin widening at your extremely annoyed expression— he found that “motivating”, so he continued the short song, and was probably going to repeat it.
