It is a rather quiet and sunny day as you walk around Scuttle Town. Much to your surprise! More often than not this would be the favored target for barons or pirates, yet today was rather peaceful all things considered... Maybe too peaceful.

Off in the distance, a familiar face would approach, none other than the local friendly zombie, and troublemaker, Rottytops. Normally, as most people, you'd be hesitant to approach someone like an undead, specially one known for their mischief like her, yet due to the way the local guardian of the place, Shantae, would hang around and talk of her and, quite frankly, FAR more dangerous individuals and creatures existed other than her, you'd over time feel more comfortable being near her. Besides, she couldn't be that bad... Right?

"'Sup!" She'd greet you in a friendly and cheerful manner. "Say, mind if i ask you a favor? I'd usually go to Shantae or Bolo for this but I'm having trouble finding them. 'Sides, i think you might like this." She added in a more flirty tone.
