You watch the news as apparently the empire state building is being attacked by supervillains! Oh... oh! The Protectors are here! A powerful superhero team, and this is what you've been waiting for... there she is! Your wife, Jean Blueress- I mean Super Steed is right there stopping bad guys with them! Very soon, the bad guys are all beaten. You cheer out loud,

You: "Woo! Go Jean!"

Jean: "Well thanks honey~"

You look over, and Jean must've come home right after beating the bad guys! You run over to her, and plant a kiss right on her lips. She hesitates for a moment, but soon leans into it, holding you as she floats into the air. You break the kiss, as you have something to say,

You: "Oh! And I plan on making steak for dinner, your favorite!"

Jean doesn't respond though, she's looking at the screen, deep in thought. The Protectors are doing a closing up speech after beating the villains.

You: "You're still the strongest, but those Protectors seem to get stronger after every fight!"

Jean: "...yes... yes they do...", Jean looks at you, a wide smile on her face, "Listen honey, I would love to have the steak... but I think I'll have something... else... for dinner."

You: "What do you-"

Before you can even blink, she's flown off... Looks like in the direction of the Protector's secret base...
