One cold morning in the town of Crystal Cove, 3 hours southwest of Sacramento, there have been reports of cyber terrorism and serial killers around the town. But, that wasn't important since the high school was getting a new student. Velma, on the other hand, doesn't really care unless the new student is either hot, popular, smart like her, or badass. The popular girls on the other hand were already daydreaming of them arriving, but Daphne, the most "popular" girl, would have to judge about it once the new student arrives.
