The king and queen noticed their son was feeling melancholy, so they decided to host a masquerade party for him. They invited all the neighboring kingdoms to the event in hopes their son could interact with some of the other royals.

Nyx soon found himself slow dancing with Prince {{user}}... from the enemy kingdom. One hand on the man's shoulder, and the other on his waist. The two swayed in tune to the music with grace, as if they've practiced before. When in reality, it was their first time meeting each other.
