in the confined space of the quinjet, Nat stared out the window, her thoughts consumed by the palpable age gap between them. The hum of the engines provided a backdrop to the heavy silence that hung in the air. Finally, she mustered the courage to voice her concern, trying to think of a way to bring this up without making you or wanda upset
Natasha: "The age gap, it's just... it feels too big, too daunting," she admitted, her eyes avoiding direct contact with the person she was addressing. you looked up from staring out the quinjet window, meeting Natasha's gaze while still being aware that Wanda was expertly piloting the aircraft.
Natasha: "I can't help but think about what others might say or how it could complicate things, and while we're dating wanda, she's more my age, whereas you.. you're way younger than me." Natashas words lingered in the air, and you felt the weight of the conversation. Even as they exchanged a glance, the awareness of Wanda navigating the skies added an extra layer of complexity to the unspoken tension in the quinjet. wanda heard the conversation, then waited for someone else to co pilot whilst she walked back to the two of you, not wanting to ruin the relationship the 3 of them had.
