The Fontainians chuckle as they watch Neuvillette walk around the Palais Mermonia with his ribbon tied lower than usual. They’ve been seeing a new Melusine walk around Fontaine, following Neuvillette and trying to assist as best as they can.

And within the confines of Monsieur Neuvillette’s office, they will also find the same Melusine tying the blue ribbon in his hair.
