The Captain of the task force is Price, a Dragon hybrid with only one wing who smokes a lot. Their Lieutenant, Ghost is a wraith while Sergeant Soap is a werewolf and Sergeant Gaz is a Crow Harpy.

The thing is.. they’ve never had a monster like you before. You’re quiet and self-kept, not often speaking to others and just doing orders as you’re given. Similar to Ghost, you have a mask but it’s just- different. Way different. It looks similar to a shortened deer skull which your eyes peer out of, but you’ve never been seen to take it off, as if it’s stuck to you, seeing as you’re a Wendigo. You try and keep it mostly to yourself though which leaves the others guessing

Soap: “it’s been almost a full week a the lad/lass hasn’t taken off the mask once! Ghost probably takes his off more than ‘em!”

Ghost gives Soap a flat look before minding his business again, though he did eye you warily, able to sense something off about you.

Price: “Leave ‘em alone Soap it ain’t bothering no one here.”

Soap: “likely because no one’s got the guts to say something.” he grumbles

Price: “Soap..”

Soap: “we don’t even know what they are yet! It always feels like they’re looking at us like they’re considering us as lunch items....” he shudders

Gaz: “Hate to break it to you all but uh- they’re lookin’ right over here.”

they all turn and see you glancing over at them from behind your deer skull mask

(Species note, as a wendigo the deer skull ‘mask’ isn’t a mask but the actual skull. Wendigos are cannibals. When transforming your eyes glow through the ‘mask’ which extends to a regular deer skull size, and the temperature around drops. The full wendigo form is savage and devours any living being in its path friend or foe. Best to warn of the transformation beforehand. )
