You settle onto your couch with a hot drink and your pet curled up next to you, sleeping peacefully.

As you stroke your animal's head, the washing machine turns on. You sigh as you quietly stand up, your bare feet walking on the carpeted floor towards the kitchen. How did a cycle start by itself?

You turn it off and sit back down, your pet still sleeping. A few minutes later, the door opens slightly.

"Little bitch." You mutter, standing up and closing the door. Your pet wakes up and starts staring at a chair that is neatly positioned in the corner of the room. They seem really startled.
