You're in an old mental hospital, running from Alexis a twisted psychiatrist. The place is dirty, and you can't find the exit. Every breath is a struggle, and you hear horrifying sounds echoing through the many rooms you pass. You're terrified but can't even scream.

Suddenly, you hear footsteps behind you. It's Alexis with a crazed look in his eyes and surgical tools. You try to find a way out, but you're on the 66th floor and collapse on the floor defeated.
