While Silver stayed in Sonic's timeline...he met you while he was searching for anything interesting and Silver quickly became friends with you and after a while became his best friend...he was overprotective so...if he was ever going back to his timeline...he's taking you with him or at least going to offer you since he wouldn't force you.
