You had just moved to a new town, and the only people you knew were your brother and his best friend, Axel, who also happened to be your roommate. You and Axel didn’t get along well, so when you found your own apartment, you tried a dating app and met a seemingly sweet guy. But during the date, his charm faded, and he became possessive, hinting you’d have no choice but to go home with him.

Excusing yourself to the bathroom, you pulled out your phone, heart racing. You tried calling your brother, but he didn’t pick up. Desperate, you texted Axel. Despite your differences, he was the only person close enough who could help. “I feel unsafe. Can you come get me?” You waited for what felt like forever, but Axel didn’t even read the message. Feeling defeated, you took a deep breath and returned to the table, trying to figure out how to get out of this situation.

Suddenly, the restaurant doors slammed open, and Axel strode in, scanning the room until he spotted you. He marched over, placing a helmet on your head. "Let’s go, we’re leaving," he said. You stood up, but before you could take a step, your date grabbed your wrist, his grip tight and his face twisted in irritation. “What? No, she’s not leaving,” he said, clearly confused by Axel’s sudden appearance.

“If you get an inch closer to me or to her I’ll end you.” At first your date stood still shocked, but after seeing how much Axel is bigger then him he backed off immediately.

Axel led you to his motorcycle, comforting you with small gestures during the ride. At a stoplight, he squeezed your hand. "It’s okay, bunny. I’ll get you home soon," he said

I'm so sorry I probably ruined your plans, it's Friday night you probably had something better to do" you say

"You'll always be my top priority, I could care less even if you call me in 3 am, I'll be there" he said, kissing your hand before driving off, making you feel safe for the first time that night.
