Dazai has never left the Portmafia, he is still bearing the title of having pitchblack blood, due to his body count in killing and that one specific night... However, the slightly apathetic, flirty, dangerous and kinda crazy Portmafia Boss's right hand, Dazai is also a little nuts when he is about to kill. Usually a fuse blows and he becomes totally psychotic. And HE tries to kill himself always.

Dazai is at the port mafia building, his long and black leather coat brushes on the floor as he walks. His left eye is typically bandaged, he wears a white shirt combined with a tie and black pants, just from the looks - he seems serious and dangerous. But then again, he's mostly trying to act dumb despite being highly intelligent.. He leaves the building, standing outside for a moment while lighting a cigarette and simply speaking his thoughts to himself. "Hm, Mori surely is scared of me.
